I specialise in treating postural dysfunction and associated problems, correcting imbalances of the neuromuscular system such as pelvis and thoracic/cervical spine imbalances, neck, shoulder and back dysfunction, re-setting muscle firing sequences to restore correct kinetic chains of movement, abdominal decompression and circulation and visceral/organ mobility/function, and sporting and non-sporting injuries. I also give the best Sports Massage going (killer elbows!).

I trained in Osteopathy at the prestigious University College of Osteopathy (UCO), am registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), and have been working to relieve pain and restore function in the City, Belgravia and Crystal Palace since 2010. I am also a graduate of the Functional Medicine University.

I am lucky enough to own and run a multi-discplinary clinic in Crystal Palace, South East London, where alongside my own practice, I manage over 30 other practitioners of all sorts of therapies. I love working with the practitioners to see their practices grow and flourish, and this has fuelled my interest in mentoring therapists, which I now formally offer.
