I am an advanced clinical Myofascial Release, Sports Massage and Muscle Activation practitioner.

I developed my own unique style of bodywork by combining the
best of advanced Sports Massage and Myofascial Release with Muscle Activation techniques, therapeutic stretching and deep tissue massage work, to restore structural alignment and integration, physical balance and strength – this is how Myofascial Bodywork came about.

I work with a wide variety of clients, from elite athletes, to those training for a marathon or triathlon or wanting to keep on top of a gym/PT regime, to people who spend many hours sat at a desk, in front of a computer screen.
I also treat people post-surgery, work with scar-tissue restrictions, and help people restore flexibility and reduce pain.

I specialise in treating postural dysfunction and associated problems, correcting rotations of the pelvis and thoracic/cervical spine, pelvic balancing, neck, shoulder and back dysfunction, re-setting muscle firing sequences to restore correct kinetic chains of movement, sacral decompression and sporting and non-sporting injuries. I also give the best Deep Tissue Massage going (killer elbows!).

In addition to treating clients with Myofascial Bodywork, I am also a trained Thai Yoga Massage practitioner and a structural Reflexologist. I have sometimes assisted on Myofascial Release (post-graduate) training courses in London when my schedule allows (not very often these days), and do many workshops throughout the year to gain additional techniques to complement what I do, such as Kinesio Taping and Medical Acupuncture, muscle activation, manipulations.

I am also a 5th and final year yr student at the British School of Osteopathy (#workaholic), so my approach is very clinical, and always in the context of other healthcare providers and practitioners.
